REGISTRATION
Q. What are the Registration fees?
A. Delegates (individual) - Registration Fee (deadline September 1, 2009 ) is US $ 100
Exhibitors (booth) - 6'x8' space with a table, chairs and electrical connection - US $300
(includes 1 free Registration and 50% off of 1 delegate)
Q. Is there group registration, walk-ins or cancellations?
- NO GROUP REGISTRATION
- NO walk-ins allowed. This conference is open only to those who register in advance.
- NO penalty for cancellations made before July 30, 2009. All refunds must be requested in writing.
Q. Is financial assistance or scholarships available?
A. We do not offer any scholarships. If you are a student, if you come from a long distance with high transportation costs, and/or if you have very limited financial resources, we advice you to start looking for people who can sponsor your trip. Please indicate your need on the registration form and we will follow up with you.
Q. What does the Registration Fee include?
A. CONNEXT 2009 Registration Fees covers all conference handouts, breakfast/lunch/dinner and refreshments. Accommodation cost is not included in the Registration fees.

Q. How do I make payments for CONNEXT 2009?
A. As of now, we accept checks only, made payable to “Connext Conference”

Q. Is there a min or max age limit to participate in CONNEXT 2009?
A. Anyone from age 20-39 years old and those involved in ministry among South Asian Youth and Young Adults are welcome to Register for CONNEXT 2009.
Q. I'm below 18 years-old, can I register for CONNEXT 2009?
A. No, but you may look for some of the conference blog/postings online to learn what took place.
Q. Can I register as a part-time delegate?
A. No, being fully engaged in all the sessions, seminars and interactions is part of the CONNEXT 2009 experience. There is no registration fee structure for part-time delegates. If you cannot attend all three days, the conference fee will still remain the same.
Q. How do I know my registration has gone through?
A. You will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us regarding your registration confirmation.
Q. What is your refund or cancellation policy?
A. There will be NO refund of Registration fees but Registration is transferable.
Q. What if I cannot make the payment in full upon pre-registration?
A. You may pay later but it must be paid in full before the first day of CONNEXT 2009.
Q. I've registered and now need to make changes to my registration, how can I do this?
A. Please e-mail us at info@connextonline.org to send us your changes quoting your e-mail confirmation number.
SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS
Q. Can I sponsor an individual to attend CONNEXT 2009?
A. Yes, you can be a known sponsor or an anonymous sponsor. Please contact us at (847)362-1803 or info@connectonline.org
Q. Can I give a love offering or donate to the cause of CONNEXT 2009?

OTHER ORGANIZATIONS / EXHIBITS
Q. Can missons organizations/agencies participate in CONNEXT 2009?
A. Yes, you are welcome to join us at CONNEXT 2009. You may put up exhibit booths to promote your organization's activities, short term projects, share funding needs and other serving opportunities to the delegates of the conference. An exhibit booth in the exhibit hall will be provided for $ 300 each for the duration of the conference. Each booth space will include a table and 2 chairs. Please contact us at info@connextonline.org for further details.
Q. I don't have any experience in missions, can I still attend?
A. Yes, if you are active locally in various capacities in ministry and if you are mission-minded.
Q. I am not involved with South Asians, can I still attend Connext 2009?
A. Yes, if you are actively involved in ministry in any capacity this event will equip you to reach South Asians.

Q. How should I dress?

Q. Is childcare available?
A.There is will minimum childcare provided at the conference. We ask that parents of children under 3 may arrange to leave children with their friends or relatives. Or please make your own arrangement for childcare
